The Field Sales App is a simple agricultural sales app for field users. It lets users track farmer visits and dealer sales even without an internet connection by saving data locally and syncing it later.
The client is a rapidly growing agro business with a widespread field sales team operating across multiple regions. Their sales representatives are required to travel extensively to meet farmers, distributors, and channel partners on a daily basis. While the business had strong on-ground presence, it lacked a centralised, reliable, and real-time mechanism to track sales activities, travel efficiency, and workforce productivity.
Sales managers had no accurate way to verify daily visits, routes taken, or time spent at each meeting.
Daily activity reports were submitted manually, leading to inconsistencies, delays, and inaccurate data.
